No, the Bundesjugendspiele are only held for children in primary school and secondary school. In the kindergarten, we celebrate a big sports festival every year shortly before the “Qatar National Sports Day”.
The Bundesjugendspiele is an annual sports event held at German schools and schools abroad. Pupils’ participation is compulsory in accordance with a resolution passed by the Conference of Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs in 1979. The sporting achievements in various disciplines chosen by the school are assessed with points. Honorary certificates, winners’ certificates and participation certificates are awarded. The honorary certificate bears the (printed) signature of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany.
