During Ramadan, our Kindergarten kids took on a very special project: Our staff member Ms. Heriza worked with the children to build a mosque out of cardboard, which the children then painted and decorated together. With plenty of creativity, patience, and teamwork, the children cut, glued, and designed. Painting it together was a real highlight; everyone pitched in and participated with great enthusiasm. It wasn’t just about crafting, but also about discovering the meaning of Ramadan in a playful way and experiencing a sense of community.
