At the Family Lantern Fall Festival, our kindergarten children sang for a good cause. We’d like to thank all the parents who donated to the animal welfare organization Paws Rescue Qatar. The kids are really proud that they were able to help animals through their concert. Tabea Thomaschke

In our vegetable garden, the Kindergarten children learn to take responsibility. From planting the seeds to harvesting the vegetables, they experience how the food gets from the garden to our plates. Many thanks to our colleague Katarina Lamel, who organizes this project. Tabea Thomaschke

On the occasion of Mother’s Day, we had a family day in the Kindergarten. Each group came up with a nice activity. We had breakfast together, played games and made crafts.

The preschoolers visited class 1 for the first time. The teacher, Frau Vesper, explained to the children how a school day runs and what materials and rules there are in a classroom.

In a fair draw, some of our preschoolers have chosen which students from DIS Doha will be allowed to carry the German flag and accompany the football stars onto the field at the World Cup match between Germany and Spain.
