Our KG2 children, who will soon be starting school, went on a joint excursion to the fire brigade. This is a tradition in Germany. The children were able to learn what goes on behind the scenes in the “fire brigade school”. They were also allowed to see the inside of a fire engine and even spray water with a real fire hose.
