At a ceremony Hans-Udo Muzel, German Ambassador to Qatar, announced last week in the German International School Doha the official launch for the IB program. Together with guests of honour Ms. Fawziya Abdelaziz Al-Khater, Director of the Education Institute
and Mr. Ali Shukri, Administrator of the SEC, as well as Mr. Peter Ziegler the Deputy Chief of Mission of the German Embassy in Qatar , Mr. Etienne Thévoz, the ambassador of Switzerland to Qatar, Mr Dirk Dillschneider, the director of the German International School Doha, the school parent representatives, the students of grade 10, the IB coordinators and IB teachers the start button was pressed and the traditional cake ceremony took place. Students of the school accompanied the program with songs and dances!
