Dear parents and freinds of the German International School Doha and of the Kindergarten of the German International School Doha,
An exciting and successful year is slowly coming to an end. We would like to relive the following highlights of the past school year and to thank all parents, teachers, assistant teachers, guests and sponsors for supporting our school:
Since the German International School Doha was founded in 2008 it has succeeded in growing steadily and in offering the German International Diploma Programme (GIB) which is starting next school year. The school fees will also remain stable. By converting to an all-day school there won’t be homework. Instead, the focus is set on weekly tasks and voluntary work.
We are very proud and happy that we are able to provide a secure place in our German International School Doha for every child in our Kindergarten. Since the school and Kindergarten are in one building the transition for the children will be easier. They are familiar with their surroundings as well as the teaching methods and will be well prepared.
What is going to happen?
Of course many new events, whether as a part of the Qatar/German Cultural Year 2017 or with new exciting content. For example a monthly parent café is planned where parents can discuss new topics and where families who are new to the school are able to find new contacts. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other ideas or suggestions!
