Our school is now authorized for the IB Diploma Programme®!
Starting from the next school year, we teach the grade 11 according to the specifications of the IBO®.
Dear parents and students, ladies and gentlemen,
We received the authorization letter for the implementation of the IB Diploma Programme®. Thus, the German International School Doha will start at the beginning of the next school year with the Mixed Language International Baccalaureate®. In the school year 2017/18, the first students with a university entrance qualification will leave the school. A great success!
Our thanks goes to you dear parents, the board, the students, colleagues and the GIB® coordinator. The verification process was very extensive. The IB® supervisors did particularly liked the following facts:
• Parents, students, teachers showed team spirit and wanted the IB®,
• The standard and competence orientation and IB Diploma Programme® oriented curricula
• School projects are initiated
• Teachers and the school management have completed all the required trainings
• The school is oriented towards an all-day school and in particular also conveys learning methods
