Dear parents and school community
In a parents’ initiative , together with the German International School Doha the idea of a project arose: „1001 books for our library”.
The initiative support the library of the German International School Doha. We came up with the idea in one of the last parent conference. Principal Mr Dillschneider stated at that conference that the school library has around 1000 books only. Our intention now is to provide a more attractive selection of books to the children and to improve the procedure of ordering and transporting of books. We would be pleased to receive your support for the benefit of our children. Therefore we developed packages for donation and your support. Many thanks to Monica Menendez, who summarized the list of books together with educators and teachers of the kindergarten and school.
