As we embrace the holy month of Ramadan, it’s important for fasting students to take care of their health! 

Here are some simple tips:

• Stay hydrated during Iftar & Suhoor
• Eat balanced meals with protein, fruits & carbs
• Get enough rest and avoid staying up too late
• Avoid heavy physical activity to prevent dehydration
• Listen to your body – if you feel unwell, seek help
