As we embrace the holy month of Ramadan, it’s important for fasting students to take care of their health!
Here are some simple tips:
- Stay hydrated during Iftar & Suhoor
 - Eat balanced meals with protein, fruits & carbs
 - Get enough rest and avoid staying up too late
 - Avoid heavy physical activity to prevent dehydration
 - Listen to your body – if you feel unwell, seek help
