And again…a new school year has begun

Too much of anything, even a long relaxing vacation, can get boring. That is just one of the reasons that there were so many smiling and determined faces on the first day of the new school year.

Herr Burster, the Headmaster of the German School warmly greeted both the new and familiar faces, and then went on to introduce the newly appointed teachers who will bring their skills and expertise to enhance our quick-developing school (Mr. Ignjatovic: Physical Education, Mr. Lauris: French and German, Ms. Pink: Class 1A Teacher, Ms. Zenns: Class 3 Teacher and Art Specialist, Mrs. Pyne: Music Specialist, Mr. Scholz: English and History). Naturally, all students and teaching staff were delighted about the return of Ms.Tempelhahn, as the Class 1B Teacher.

If the energy and enthusiasm from the first day of school are any indication of how the year will progress, watch out students – You are going to have a brilliantly successful and FUN year ahead!
