Great achievements of our students in the Schools Olympic Program 2019
In the 2018/2019 school year, our school is participating in the competition (age group born between 2004 and 2006) in the basketball and handball sector. The aim of the Schools Olympic Program is to promote sports culture in all schools in Qatar and to recognize the best school sports teams in the country.
Up to date, our girls have won two games in both sports and qualified for the third leg of the quarter-finals. This means that we are currently among the top 8 schools in Qatar in handball and basketball.
The upcoming quarter-final in basketball will be held on Sunday, March 10th, at the Qatar Womens Sports Committee Sports Hall. The date of the quarter-finals in handball is not yet confirmed.
