Dear School Community,
we are pleased to announce the upcoming “Kinder Musizieren” music competition. The “Kinder Musizieren” competition (up to and including class 6) was established to promote young musical talent at the German International School in Doha.
The competition will be held on May 10 and registration is open until May 7. To facilitate the registration process, we have also provided an explainer video that will guide you step by step through the process of registering online.
Participation is possible with any instrument or vocals. Multiple participations and ensemble playing are also allowed. The competition is especially recommended for beginner instrumentalists who have little or no stage experience.
“KiMu” is a gentle introduction that focuses on encouragement to continue.
Participation requirements:
- At least two pieces of varying styles (e.g., fast – slow).
- Audition duration: maximum 5 minutes
