As part of our “healthy eating” lessons, we organized a healthy breakfast in class 2b together with the children and their parents. It was a wonderful event that not only focused on the topic of healthy eating, but also encouraged interaction and exchange between parents and children.
The children prepared various healthy treats together with their parents with great joy and commitment. From fresh fruit and wholemeal bread to homemade spreads – there was something for everyone. The preparation of chia seeds soaked in coconut milk was particularly exciting. This delicious and healthy version of breakfast was a special surprise and showed the children just how varied healthy eating can be.
The breakfast was not only an opportunity to learn more about a balanced diet, but also a nice get-together that strengthened the solidarity and trust in our class community. We would like to thank all parents for their active support and look forward to further joint projects!
