The meeting between the students of the GIB and the German Ambassador, Mr Lothar Freischlader, provided the students of the GIB with a special opportunity for an open and informal exchange. During the discussion, the students expressed interest on a variety of topics, ranging from the daily work of an ambassador to political issues. This open dialogue not only deepened the students’ understanding of diplomatic affairs, but also intensified the exchange between the younger generation and an experienced diplomat, highlighting the importance of education in the context of international relations.
The exchange was not only informative but also inspiring for all involved, thanks to the Ambassador’s expertise and open manner. At the same time, Mr Freischlader acknowledged the enthusiasm and interest of the younger generation in international affairs.
