The classes 4 of the primary school dealt with the topic of flying during the last weeks. Various airplanes and helicopters were built out of paper and rocket propulsion could also be explored with the help of balloon rockets. The highlight was the visit of a real pilot, who gave interesting insights into his profession and answered the children’s questions. We learned that there are even airplanes that have bathtubs and why the pilot and the co-pilot are never allowed to eat the same meal during a flight.
