Music Teacher (16 teaching hours per week – part time)
In October 2008 the German International School Doha has been established as a recognized German overseas School and is located in the Al Maamoura area in Doha. We are supported and supervised by the German Ministers of Culture (KMK) and the Central Federal Agency for German Schools in Foreign Countries (Zentralstelle für das Auslandschulwesen). It comprises the grades 1 to 10. A German Kindergarten is affiliated.
Your tasks and area of responsibility
- Planning and implementations of lessons
- Work according to the Thüringer education plan
- Participation in conferences and school life
- Conduction of parent interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and valid teaching certificate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Languages: English fluent, knowledge of German will be an added advantage
- Intercultural competence
- Capacity of teamwork and willingness to cooperate
- Sense of responsibility and high endurance
Start date of contract: 01.08.2016
