As part of our exciting sundial project, we had the opportunity to explore how different sundials work together with the participating students from the Lycée Bonaparte. Starting with the correct alignment through to practical implementation, we were able to experience and better understand physical principles at first hand.
This workshop was the second of a total of four planned meetings in which we will take an in-depth look at the subject of sundials. On this day, we designed and built a horizontal sundial, taking precise measurements with the help of a protractor. This practical approach not only makes physics more tangible, but also increases interest and enthusiasm for scientific phenomena.
Thanks to the great cooperation with the students and teachers of the Lycée Bonaparte as well as the committed exchange, this encounter was not only educational but also extremely inspiring. We are already looking forward to the next stage of the project, in which we will put more scientific ideas into practice!
