On May 10th 2023 the music competition “Kinder musizieren” (children make music) took place for the third time. This competition was created to promote young musical talent at the German International School in Doha. A total of 26 students from classes 1 to 6 participated.<\/p>\n

The musical contributions on a variety of instruments along with singing and dancing impressed both the jury and the audience. The participants achieved outstanding and very good results. Special thanks go to the jury, consisting of Yvonne D\u00fcnnebier (primary school teacher), Tam\u00e1s Pr\u00e1gay-Szab\u00f3 (music teacher), Andr\u00e9 Reichel (music teacher) and Peter Bekker (horn player from Hungary). This year the student jury, consisting of our “Jugend musiziert” contestants, awarded special prizes.<\/p>\n

We are already looking forward to the next competition.<\/p>\n
