In Germany, on November 11, it is a tradition in some regions to eat the so-called “Weckm\u00e4nnchen”. It looks pretty, doesn’t it? And is it’s tasty too! It is baked from sweet dough in the shape of a gingerbread man with raisin eyes and a white clay pipe. The Weckm\u00e4nnchen can be bought in most German bakeries in places where St. Martin’s Day is celebrated, or you can bake it yourself at home.<\/p>\n

Of course, there are lantern parades everywhere in Germany on 11.11. and at DIS Doha this has also been a special day for many years that the children look forward to!<\/p>\n
