We have finally received our long awaited black, red and yellow bean bags custom designed in the colors of the German flag with the school logo and parent council logo printed on each and every single one.
\nThese water proof bean bags manufactured in Egypt in a strong outdoor material were a labor of love where everything was designed and selected by last year\u2019s parent council heads Heba Hassan and Sara Sharaf in coordination with Mr. Dillschneider. Although they were designed and commissioned last year, given the special travel situation, Sara\u2019s mum was only able to fly in with them last weekend.<\/p>\n
These colorful beauties were paid for using the money raised from the last winter bazaar, which was the biggest that the school had seen thus raising more money than usual. A special thanks goes out to Nadeen Sharaf, who was a mother in the school, who made it all possible by following up with the ordering process in Egypt.<\/p>\n
Finally, we hope they will bring joy to our school community and will always serve as a colorful reminder of what is printed on them.. that we are in fact, \u201cone family, one spirit.\u201d<\/p>\n
