News from the yellow, blue, green, red, purple, and the orange groups . <\/strong>Thank you for your confidence in us.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dear Parents,<\/p>\n

Together we have mastered a very successful Kindergarten year. This would not have been possible without all of your help and cooperation and for this we wish to express our sincere gratitude. Throughout the Kindergarten year we held many parent-child events and festivities which thankfully always had a great turnout with so many parents and families showing great interest and getting involved.
\nOverall, this school year has been one of great learning, growing, friendships, enjoyment and celebration. As Ramadan is approaching, we will use this special time to close our school year in a quiet, mindful and contemplative manner in order to prepare a warm farewell for preschool children.<\/p>\n

Upcoming events<\/strong><\/p>\n

Summer Fest<\/strong>
\nWednesday 9th May 2018<\/strong>
\nOn Wednesday 9th May 2018 our Summer Fest will take place at 3:00pm until 5:00pm. The program will be approximately 45 minutes in duration. We ask that you please attend on time so that your child is not disappointed if you are not present for their performance. We would greatly appreciate any donations of baked goods or treats to sell during the event to raise funds for the Kindergarten.<\/p>\n

Red, Purple and Orange Group
\nExcusion to the Kahrama Awareness Park<\/strong>
\nThursday 10th May 2018<\/strong>
\nAs part of our Nature and Environment theme, the children of the Red, Purple and Orange Group will travel to Kahrama Awareness Park at 08:00 on Thursday 10th May 2018. Please provide your child with 25 QR for the bus ride.<\/p>\n

Blue, Yellow and Green Group
\nExcusion to the Kahrama Awareness Park<\/strong>
\nWednesday 16th May 2018<\/strong>
\nAs part of our Nature and Environment theme, the children of the Blue, Yellow and Green Group will travel to Kahrama Awareness Park at 08:00 on Wednesday 16th May 2018. Please provide your child with 25 QR for the bus ride.<\/p>\n

Preschool Farewell<\/strong>
\nMonday 23rd May 2018<\/strong>
\nOn Monday 23rd May 2018 we invite the parents of the preschool children to a farewell event at 6:00pm.<\/p>\n

Thursday 31st May 2018 <\/strong>
\nGerman traditional \u201cschool cone\u201c<\/strong>
\nOn Thursday 31st May 2018 we cordially invite the preschool parents to make the German traditional \u201cschool cone\u201c with their child at 8:00 in Kindergarten.<\/p>\n

Goodbye \u201cthrowing\u201d<\/strong>
\nThursday 14th June 2018<\/strong>
\nOn Thursday 14th June 2018 we will have this year’s \u201cthrowing\u201d and say goodbye to our dear preschool children from Kindergarten and wish them all the best in their next chapter.<\/p>\n

What’s new?<\/strong>
\nWe have a new bookshelf on which we display recommended books to you on a regular basis. The bookshelf can be found on the right-hand side of the Kindergarten, where the DAF and English bulletin boards are also displayed. There are books related to current topics and themes which we are currently discussing in the Kindergarten, as well as English book recommendations and always a more sophisticated book for reading for preschoolers. Usually, all books can be borrowed from our library.<\/p>\n

Review<\/strong>
\nWe would like to share with you some photos of the beautiful moments we have had over the past few months in the Kindergarten.
\nThe topics that we have covered in the last three months are: Nutrition, Fruits and Vegetables, Nature, Weather, Spring, Environment, Playground, Summer, Vacation and Summer Fest.
\nAs the end of the school year approaches, we are focusing on school cone crafting, newcomers for the month of September and our graduation ceremonies.<\/p>\n

The Kindergarten team would like to wish you a mindful Ramadan.
